Apr 5th 2013 2:24PM These items have been on display for sometime and NOW they have to go?
I live in an HOA and something like this would be voted on by ALL the homeowners.
HOA's MUST have rules, but this is crazy.
Time for a recall but keep in mind homeowners, you voted these people into office.
Mar 6th 2012 4:16PM Did you ask the HOA to show you where in the CCR's and/or what government law this fee is listed?
All HOA laws and bylaws have to be filed in the city oo county where the property lies.
Items cannot be files unless it is voted on by the community and in most cases it has to be 60% to 75% of the homowners to approve it.
HOAs cannot just make stuff up.
If it is not legalily filed it cannot be enforced.
Jul 20th 2010 8:11PM Have you noticed that most of the negative comments are from men?
I live in Tucson home of the AZ Wildcats.
You have NEVER seen women's fast pitch softball until you watch it played by a championship team.
Jun 18th 2010 12:25PM This woman is WAY too thin.
Remember photos can add 10 lbs.
She should try a healthier weight of 115 to 118.
I am 55, small boned 5"5' and weigh 120 to 125.
If I weighed 108 I would look terrible.
At my current weight I am a size 4.
If I were to gain 10lbs and be a size 6 I would be OK with that.
Oct 5th 2006 5:07PM Why can't a women be both Kate and Audrey as the mood or occasion suits her?
I am basically a Kate, as classics are good for the professional women and it is a good look for women of ages and dress size.
But, a girl has to, from time to time, wear a dress that swishes when she walks and a little black dress is always appropriate for a dinner date.
Aug 29th 2006 11:34AM To answer one of the questions, yes women are in auto blog. I read the blogs to get info on a vehicle I may be interested in buying.
I have a 2002 CR-V and love the dependability of it. When I needed new tires, I upgraded the tires a bit and that fixed the highway road noise problem. I do not like my 2002 CR-V interior though, it is a bit bland but this is my practical vehicle. I have another vehicle for FUN.
I test drove an 2007 Acura RD-X and I loved it. I am waiting for the 2007 CR-V because the RD-X uses premium gas. The photos I saw of the 2007 CR-V interior has me interested. The new interior could make this girly girl happy.
A 2007 CR-V FULLY loaded will be under 30K and a nicely appointed base CR-V about 22K. I will have to compare the base RD-X and the CR-V EXL to see if the 4K-6K for the RD-X is worth it.
Aug 28th 2006 11:32AM My husband and I have a 2002 CR-V, our second. It is our practical car. The other vehicle is the expensive, fun, two-seater, middle-age, empty-nester, baby boomer car.
We test drove several small SUV/Crossover vehicles the last few weeks because we are ready to replace the CR-V. It has been a great car and we found a new home for her with our son and his family.
We didn't test drive many of the crossovers/small SUV's because the price made them an impractical car.
You need to remember this is an entry level small SUV that is not really made to be a true off road car. It has GREAT gas mileage and when you want the car to move it will. Yes, it is not a speed demon, but it does what it is supposed to do.
If you are looking for a vehicle, that can comfortably fit two large moms in the back seat, has room for their shopping bags, is dependable, and is way under 30K, the CR-V is it.
This would be a great car for a young, small family.
Jun 2nd 2006 4:45PM Nothing beats the smell of clean... which has no smell, it is just fresh.
I do not have allergies, but I checked into a Hilton Hotel in DC and while the room was clean, the perfume smell was overwhelming.
I asked to have the window opened and that the maid not spray what ever it was she sprayed.
Mar 16th 2006 11:47AM Mu husband and I have a 2002 Honda CR-V EX and just love it. The vehicle is coming off of lease and we are selling it to a family member. We will look around and take a look at many of the small/mid-size SUVs, but for the money the Honda CR-V is a good buy with excellant gas mileage, a roomy back seat, and has been VERY dependable. The only complaint we had was road noise which was fixed when we purchased different SUV tires when the stock tires needed to be replaced.
