Perhaps you should visit your states website. The State of Texas has a link on their homepage for illegal immigrants that explains in depth how to apply for welfare benefits.
When you are done there, visit Social Security's website. I found it quiet appauling!!!

Jul 20th 2007 12:25AM The exrerior is beautiful, but I must say the interior decorator dropped the ball! One would expect the interior of such a grand estate to reflect the exterior.
The lime and cranberry striped sofa and gold daperies clash with the teal blue ceiling in the livingroom and the rug doesn't match anything at all. The lamps look like they were sent over from Elvis Presley's attic. What ashame~
