Dec 14th 2007 5:20PM Michael Vick and all the creeps who took part in the dogfight incident should have recieved double the time in jail that they got. The letter that Vick wrote to the judge is a disgrace. He claims he grew up with dogfighting and didn't know any better. He's a lying bastard. Any time you see some poor animal mauled and bleeding and you can say you didn't know any better then you're lower that dog dirt! I hope Vick's career is totally ruined and he never plays ball again. When is the law in this damn country going to clamp down on people like Vick and send them to prison for at least 5 years and fine them $100,000 or more? Vick is trash!

Nov 22nd 2007 10:59AM I'll take a large person over a screaming baby any day of the week. So many mothers and fathers think their annoying brat is cute and that all the world adores them. Well, we don't!
Why does this society of ours take such a demeaning view of heavy set people? Yet they tolerate lousy parents who let their kids run up and down the length of the airplane, and can't control the behavior of their child! I'd like to see the airlines stick parents and their kids at the back of the plane and leave chubby people alone. And "NO" I'm not fat. I'm 10 pounds under weight, according to my doctor, but I believe we must not punish people for their weight. Instead, let's put restrictions on those who decide to have children and then do nothing to teach their kids how to behave in public!

Jul 11th 2007 11:39AM Having worked in the medical field for over 20 years, I can tell you that MM's version of things in "SICKO" is just as biased and tainted as the newscasters that he argues with and complains about.
He advocates Socialized Medicine which has never worked!! It nearly bankrupted England, it leaves thousands of Canadians waiting for medical services that they need and it always raises taxes to an ungodly level. Yes, our medical system needs reform but Michael Moore hasn't got a clue about how to make it better, nor does that paranoid presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton. You want free medical care? Then be prepared to pay IRS, half or more of what you earn each year. Be prepared for seconf rate care, too. The only people who will benefit will be people who don't work and therefore don't pay taxes, or those who make the lowest wages. The only way to pay for all the things Michael Moore thinks we're "entitled to" is to place the burden of payment on the shoulders of the middle class. Michael Moore points out the problem, then blames the Republicans, the rich, and anyone else he doesn't happen to like. It isn't that simple and there isn't a simple or easy solution!
