Starbucks Trenta, 31 Ounces, Launches in The South This Week {WalletPop}

Jan 18th 2011 7:26PM I work for a Starbucks in FL and we have had Trenta cups for about 5 or 6 months as a test market, nothing new. Yes the prices did just go up and a Trenta Passion Tea Lemonade at my store (prices vary by location) is about $2.63, tax included. It is also true that the calories and other nutritional content is high for a beverage but you can always modify the beverage, i.e less ice, more ice, unsweetend etc.

Should Your Family Share a Bed? {ParentDish}

Jun 21st 2010 3:08PM After reading a few comments about this (both positive and negative) I think there are good and bad outcomes of this. I never slept with my mother in her bed. When I was a newborn I slept in a bassinet in her bedroom and when I outgrew it I moved into the room next to hers in a crip. I was always a very independent child, wanting to learn and do things by myself. I made friends easily and got good grades. My mother was very involved in my life and interacted with me during the day and nurtured me without me having to sleep with her. I think the reason these children are turning out so well is not because they slept with their parents but because their parents took an interest in them and their lives. I know a little girl who slept with her parents until she was around 1 and is now 2 and goes back and forth between her bed and her parents' bed, she doesnt get as much attention or nurturing from them during the day and acts out on a consistent basis. She could be considered "bratty" but she is 2 after all. I think it is about attention, not totally based on where the child sleeps. Also this is my true honest opinnion, after the toddler or maybe the childhood years it seems a bit dependent for a pre-teen or older to still sleep with their parents. I'm not trying to judge anyone or anything but it just seems like a habit at that point. I know its comforting but if they are that independent they should know how to comfort themselves.

What Movie(s) Have You Walked Out Of? {Cinematical}

Mar 5th 2010 1:51PM The only movie I remember walking out on was The Bourne Ultimatum. It made me physically ill, so instead I waited in the lobby for my family to finish the movie.

'A Nightmare on Elm Street' Remake Trailer: Meet the New Freddy Krueger {Moviefone Blog}

Sep 29th 2009 8:58PM The trailor didn't scare me one bit. It looks action packed but of course it's the same old song and dance. The original still scares the crap out of me but this one, so far, bores me. I won't go see it in the theater since I'll be able to rent it sooner or later from Blockbuster at a cheaper price.

Why Does Everybody Misspell My Daughter's Name? {ParentDish}

Sep 21st 2009 12:20PM My name is Jennifer, which is a very common name, and while going through school I ran into teachers and fellow students who would spell my name Jenifer or Jenniffer or even Jeniffer. It was very annoying but I learned to just deal with it since it wasn't a very big problem.

What Is Your Signature Scent? {AOL Hot Searches}

Jan 22nd 2009 2:38PM My favorite is Fancy by Jessica Simpson. It smells very nice when you first put it on and leaves a light fragerance throughout the entire day without choking anyone. I've gotten many comments on how nice it smells by both men and women i come into contact with.

Teen births in the U.S. see first increase in 16 years {That's Fit}

Dec 8th 2007 6:20PM My mom was 28 when she had me and my father (who I don't know) got up and left and my mom was forced to raise me alone. It wasn't easy for her but she did it without using taxpayer money. It can be done if you have a job and use the money you earn wisely. Those who are "complaining" about having to support other peoples' children need to also have in mind that if the father would stick around more often and not be a chicken then there would be less people on welfare and other programs.
