Jul 11th 2007 12:39AM "It" is the worst staging! Much better to have left it empty and let the magnificent view sell the property. You don't sell a house for six million and put cheesy cheap prints on the wall and have what looks like grass growing out of the ottoman with a chicken head, even if its a tear down. Big difference on being simple and unpretentious and just plain goofy.
