Sep 22nd 2010 5:41PM Obviously, we are not in a recession since there seem to be lots of people out there who think nothing of paying $150-$400 a ticket to see a show.
Aug 5th 2010 8:35PM Seems kind of complicated to me. Isn't is just easier to have a polygamous marriage?
Aug 4th 2010 6:49PM These pictures might be stimulating for 3-CPO. We should be outraged!
Dec 10th 2009 5:23PM I guess Tiger's real crime as far as Terence Moore is concerned is that he doesn't act black enough for him. But isn't that racist to say that blacks ought to act a particular way?
Nov 13th 2009 12:00PM How can you trust a National News show that makes such a blatant mistake? For Hannity, it isn't the truth that matters so much as creating believers in his made-up truth. And it doesn't seem to be too hard to do with his demographic.
Nov 10th 2009 12:45PM This should be put on the editorial page rather than as a "news report". There were "conflicting accounts" of what happened next, but seems the reporter is only giving the account according to the banned customers. I'm tired of all the Wal-Mart bashing. Unions have an agenda and keep pulling up all this insignificant nonsense for a reason. The writer didn't get his facts straight - didn't even know what city this happened in. Is that good reporting? Seems pretty lazy-ass to me.
Nov 10th 2009 12:34PM The writer didn't even get the city right, so all the other facts are suspect as far as I am concerned. This seems to be a lot of writing for something so trivial. Who cares if a couple people can't shop at Wal-mart anymore? If they were really treated like this, seems to me they wouldn't want to shop there anyway. If they had a receipt and it showed the lighters then this whole thing wouldn't be an issue. So obviously, there was a problem with the receipt not matching what they bought.
Oct 29th 2009 12:43PM When I shop, I like to shop and not be exposed to passive-agressive statements of belief. The guy can wear the pin when he's not at work. I'm glad Home Depot is standing up to the religious bullies.
Oct 15th 2009 3:57PM If no one from Burger King approved the ad, then apparently they are using Burger King's name illegally, so Burger King should sue. If they have permission to use Burger King's name, then Burger King approved the ad. Burger King can't abdicate it's responsibility on this. Not only does the commercial look bad, but Burger King looks worse try to weasel out.
Oct 6th 2009 4:44PM I laugh when they talk about the outrageous salaries they have to pay to retain "talent". These guys ran the system into the ground while they were living high on the hog. That kind of talent we can do without. Give me a more ordinary person with integrity any day. These guys have an inflated sense of their own importance. Let them go to the hedge funds and steal those people's money. I think there are more crook-bankers out there than jobs at hedge funds. So, if they won't work for less pay, let them go find another career.
