Apr 11th 2011 7:00PM What is the problem with everyone? Just look how we were made, whether you believe a higher power or not. Did the caves have 3 bedrooms so that you could put your child away from you? No. Do other countries sleep with their kids..boat people...people living in huts...etc? Yes and there is not problem. We just think we are smarter because we can buy a nursery room monitor. My kids are now 24 and 22 and yes I am still married to their Dad. We had the family bed and most people thought we were nuts. I am proud to say I have wonderful kids who are productive working members of this society.

However, the left mentioned that the tea party people were like terrorists...the tea party people were starting fights...the tea party people were people to be afraid of...while Obama said they were just doing their rights by protesting...I know it has escalated, however, they released terrorists from prison. Why is all of their protesting OK, and the quiet protests here are not?

Nov 20th 2010 8:58AM My kids are 24 and 21. We had a family bed. Look at how we were made in the beginning. Did people put their kids in other caves? No. How about other teepees? No. Then small houses...no. how about the boat people...no..Other countries do this to this day. We think we are so industrialized that we take our most precious gifts and put them down a hall. They are only young once. And then, you are old....and they put you away....and other countries also take care of their elderly. Oh, and by the way, my kids are wonderful working, compassionate members of our community. Do not criticize me and I will let you do what you want and will not criticize you.

Aug 23rd 2010 10:28PM I just want everyone to go back 30 years and see what air fares were then. It was much too expensive for the average wage earner to fly more than one trip a year or even that. Today, we can find $40.00 air fares (not that often but they are there). I would like to you to add up the gas and time it would take for you to drive across country, then look at your reasonable air fares. So the airlines have cut back on their wonderful services that they used to just hand out. I flew for 25 years and loved it. Yes, I have rude passenger stories to tell and I do tell them. Think about this. If a rude and obnoxious customer walked into your place of business you could ask them to leave or know that they would be leaving shortly. Now imagine a rude customer being with you for 9 hours. It does change the perspective. If you just follow the rules, they are there for a reason, but everyone tries to cut the other person off, stow their huge bag, think their kids are not bothering anyone...complain to get a free something or other...well the list goes on....can't we all just get along? LOL

However, my husband owns a small business and he wastes many hours each week interviewing people on unemployment who have no wish to get off unemployment and work. He offers job after job with no takers as they like not working and getting paid. I told him he should call the unemployment office and state that he wanted to hire the person, but the office did not care.
