Jul 8th 2010 8:50PM What a perfectly liberal thing to say... "You shielded your privacy and kept yourself unemployed. Good job! Or should I say, no job.".... Qualifying or disqualifying someone over their credit history is as imbecilic as not allowing them to apply unless they are already employed. You can't recover your financial integrity without a job, but you can't obtain a job unless you have impeccable financial integrity? You are looking for a job to pay your bills and support your family, but you can't get a job unless you already have a job? Corporate mentality at it's most incredibly fu#%^d up, and our constitutionally instated government right in the sack with them. "We, The PEOPLE", have allowed ourselves to be brought to this, and we deserve whatever happens to us at the hands of big business and federal support of it.

Jul 8th 2010 12:21PM I was disqualified for unemployment because I left the job I had when they wouldn't reduce my hours to better attend to the needs of my kids, when the brac ordered closure of the base my husband was stationed at, took place within his command 13 months earlier than we were told that it would. So, according to unemployment services, and most corporations, our children are not a valid reason for either scheduling requests, or unemployment benefits. I will say, I'm so sick of liberals incessantly slamming conservatives. Your liberal elected legislators find a way to get your money just as surely as the conservative ones do. It's like a certain comedian said in his comedy routine. He couldn't figure out why anyone claims loyalty to either republicans or democrats, since they are nothing but a bowl of crap looking in the mirror at itself. They are both worthless, greedy, and self serving to the voter based lottery winners. Screw all of these legislators.

Jul 1st 2010 9:32PM I'm sick of racism being injected into every facet of life, these days. We are all of different races, just as we are all of different families, and different dna. We are, however, 99.7% the same, under the skin. I couldn't care less who plays whom in this movie, or what their ANCESTRAL origins are. I'm going to watch this movie, with my kids, and I'm not going to say one thing about the ethnicities of the people PRETENDING to be FICTIONAL characters made up from the writings of people that probably aren't even from the same ethnicities they have created a story line about. This is STUPID ranting, and everyone that is tired of it, needs to express that, because apparently some of you never tire of making issues out of NON issues.

Let them pick up the tab for the criminal activities and illegal entry to our country engaged in my these MEXICAN citizens...not AMERICAN...MEXICAN. Where are these anti American dirt bags when Americans need support? Having concerts and making millions of dollars off of them...that's where. Screw these bands.

That hatred and bitterness is going to rot her from the inside out, and she needs to get a handle on that, already. Take your MILLIONS and TWO HOMES...and get on with it.
Reconsidering Tofu {Kitchen Daily}
Jun 27th 2010 2:35PM The blender and the stew pot are tofu's best friends. I've been feeding tofu to my kids since they were infants. Processed baby foods never once crossed their lips, and the blender was the main reason for that. I made them a blender meal, that they actually still remember and comment on. It was tofu, whole grain cereal or oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, spinach and/or broccoli, a couple of eggs, and italian parsley. All of these things have good nutritional value, and it is an excellent way to give your little ones a great start to their day, with servings of everything vital to their daily intake.

Sounds like the media is making it a controversy more than anything. Food is food. For $21/burger, that meat better be laced in gold.

Jun 24th 2010 7:45PM The only thing I have agreed with, that this president has done, was the opening of offshore drilling...then he put a moritorium on that, so that was the end of that. But, be that as it may, it would not matter who was president, in a case like this. This high ranking officer was irresponsible in his bahavior and statements made in front of a civilian reporter. For the position and responsiblities involved, he is obviously no longer suited, assuming he was to begin with.
