Dec 22nd 2007 6:46PM I think it's important to realize that there are many religious holidays at this time of year, and one doesn't have to be Christian to celebrate. The more secular traditions that we have aren't really Christian anyway, so I have no problem picking and choosing important themes from many different spiritual traditions this time of year. Mostly, though, we celebrate in a secular way, focusing on family and the blessings we've received through the year. It works for us!

Jun 24th 2007 10:56AM What a great concept! The work boyfriend is just the thing to keep it interesting. I only work with women, so I'm not bringing anything to the table. But I used to tease my husband about his "work wife," a woman who used to work for him and was also his friend. Sadly, she's not with him anymore, so I hear all the stuff that he would normally talk about with her. Never bothered me in the least.
