Mar 5th 2006 8:08AM Oh for heaven's sake. My dd is now 25. She's none the worse for wear cause my floors were not spotless. It's about raising emotionally and mentally healthy children and creating positive memories, not worrying about whether the floors meet sterile standards. All those "shoulds" are painful. Your kids are never gonna brag about your spotless house. They are going to remember if you were available to them.
