The Minor Threat: Age-Restricted Communities Evicting Children {AOL Real Estate}
Jan 8th 2012 12:01PM What part of "restricted" do these people not understand. This is not illegal. It means you have to comply to a restriction you agreed to when you move into a restricted community. It seems some people are for the restrictions as long as they don't apply to them. If you don't want to live up to the restriction then live somewhere there are no restrictions. I am 80 and have done my time with sidewalks full of kiddy toys. I raised my 2 children with plenty more on the block. After those years one wants to have some peace and quiet in the declining years. Sorry, but move to an unrestricted community or area.
HOA Forces Family to Remove Disabled Child's 'Therapy Home' {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 16th 2011 7:47PM Why do you suppose they are so popular. One reason is it keeps the riff raff out. Where would they part their trucks, boats and trailers? You choose where you want to live and I chose where I want to live. Butt out of my business. You have no say in this matter.
HOA Forces Family to Remove Disabled Child's 'Therapy Home' {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 16th 2011 7:40PM I live in Hartland and located here because of the deed restrictions. I came within a wisper of location in Andover Forest. I support the deed restrictions all the way. If you don't want to live with the restriction don't build or buy here or move to somewhere else. I can't believe this kid's live depends on a playhouse. Please don't five in.
HOA Forces Family to Remove Disabled Child's 'Therapy Home' {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 16th 2011 7:24PM This galls me. I live in a deeded subdivision just down the road. When I closed on my house I was required to read the deed restrictions and ask any questions about it. Then I signed a document that is read, understand and accept the restrictions. People have said to me that they wouldn't like to live in my community with deed restrictions. My advise is don't move into it. I feel for the little boy but that's life. Maybe the good doctor and family should consider moving. I can't believe that toy house is the boy's only alternative for treatment. Sounds heartless but it is what it is. The law applies to us all not just some people and not others. I support the Home Owners Association all the way.
Watch This: Warner Bros. Movie Bloopers from 1936 {Cinematical}
Feb 23rd 2010 7:22PM Really enjoyed seeing the bloopers. I was only 4 years old when these films were made but I sure do recognize all the actors. That's when the whole family could go to the movies together. No nudity or seearing, except when the flubbed their lines. Thanks
Billion Dollar Cruise Ship To Be Built In Korea {Luxist}
Dec 15th 2009 8:00PM As one who has been on 10 crusies in the past several years, I have always found a strong urge to get off after 7 days. I don't envy those who want to live this way. More power to them. But it does smack of the access in this world we live in today. If you worked for it and earned it $$$$$ go for it.
Polish Catholics Praying to Stop 'Satanic' Madonna Concert {Spinner}
Aug 9th 2009 7:15PM One can wallow in the gutter any day of the year. It is a shame she has picked this day but one should not be surprised on one who is stuck on dumb and in need of a good ego feeding that she did this. Personally, I don't think she has the brains or talent of a baboon. but the world will always have an element that will adore her kind of sh..

Paris Walks ... and Finally Becomes A Real Story {News Bloggers}
Jun 7th 2007 7:43PM Maybe the Hiltons will build a swank hotel jail for the poor rich kids who can't take the stress of the real world. It could have a gormet eatery, disco, silk sheets, internet access, movie theater, hair salon, spa,etc. My my, we wouldn't want her to have a mental breakdown, like the one I had when I returned from Korea.
