Feb 11th 2013 4:36PM If this guy can afford to buy this 16 million beautiful home and then tear it down, he can afford to pay higher taxes! It's about time the people that make more than we will ever in our lives pay more in taxes.
I'm appalled he would puchased this home and then tear it down for a larger home when other are being forced out of their homes by foreclosure. It was their fault their jobs were lost!

Feb 11th 2013 4:18PM I am appalled. You talk about raising taxes, tax the rich. Why would anyone buy this house for millions, then tear it down to build a bigger manison. Someone can pay higher taxes than the rest of us.
Built on, why tear down a simply gorgeous house.
I'm for raising taxes on it idiot. He deserves to pay more than us poor people that are making it from week to week, feed children, pay a mortgage, pay gas to drive to work....
