As a Middle Eastern, I can not agree with you more. I have never been found of any recent American president because most of them were lovers of dictators and did not care about human rights. Bush was the only American President that understood Saddam's evilness and acted on it. It's true they used the "WMD" justification to go to war, but the end result was to free Iraq, isolate Iran, bring Afghanistan to 21st century, get Syria partially out of Lebanon, created situation that Palestinians will come to hate Hamas someday and brought the Idea that Democarcy is possible in the Middle East in the near future.
Most American people view war as a "Hollywood movie", they want it to end in 2 hours and with happy ending, they have no other patience. Well this war will end in happy ending but it will require longer than 2 hours.
Bush has done more for Middle East than any leader in the world..but people will see the good result in the next 10 years.
