We added a little organic maple syrup for sweetness and the result was absolutely delectable! The warmth and added water also made it more filling (and pre-syrup, this mix was just 132 calories per 3/4 cup serving). We highly recommend [me] & goji -- you can create a cereal with exactly the benefits you need, or just try their "A Wintry Wake-Up," because seriously, it's the best cereal ever. 17/02/09
