The Grand Empire Package includes a steam-style 2-6-2 locomotive with internal combustion engine that runs on propane, two riding gondolas with three cushioned seats, a banquet car with oak decking, and a caboose with interchangeable seat and work crane, a passenger station, switches, and eight signs, including two crossing signs with flashing lights (starting at $200,000). --There is a collection of jewels, eight pieces ranging from the 1800s to 2004 and accompanied with a handwritten description of its provenance ($1,200,000). --You can also purchase your own adult treehouse getaway(Beginning at $50,000).--An IndyCar series simulator with the option to add on a 2006 Indianapolis 500 Mile Race hospitality package for two ($65,000.00 and $75,000)-- There is also the chance to have Elton John perform for you and 500 guests at a private concert.
