Luxist: What do you like about working with ILORI?

Jennifer Rade: The thing about this particular store, for me, I mean ... I shop all day. I deal with retail people every day, and customer service is not quite what it was. You will never find another place where you can walk in and there are no big sensors [Jennifer lifts a pair of sunglasses off a shelf and puts them on], hangtags, everything's out like a gallery. You can just come in here and pull 20 things off the shelf -- get a treasure box -- and try on 20 different pairs of glasses, shapes that you think you never would wear, take your camera phone, have a friend take ten pictures of you like I would do for Kim Kardashian. I mean, if I was dressing you for the red carpet, I'd be like "We've gotta take a picture." You want to be able to look like and see "oh that's what I look like," and see what other people are going to see. 15/07/09
