AS: You studied sociology and business at UCLA. How has that helped you?
A: AZATURE is not just about design. It is about a sociological approach: a look at our surroundings, what is happening and what is going to happen in the world. I listen, hear, and see through my study of sociology. And my business background is useful everyday. There is so much to this business that is numbers, calculations, and planning, that without a business background, I don't know how AZATURE would have come to fruition.
