The Fairmont San Francisco's Brandy Alexander takes five minutes to prepare. You will need 50 ml of Remy Martin VSOP Cognac; 25 ml dark Creme de Cacao; 25 ml Single Cream; a sprinkle of grated nutmeg. Shake all ingredients (excluding nutmeg)with ice.
