The White Lady (1 of 8)
Courtesy of The Savoy in London, the White Lady takes approximately five minutes to make. You'll need 40 ml of Bombay Sapphire Gin; 20 ml of Cointreau, 20 ml of fresh lemon juice and 1/2 egg white (pasteurized). Dry shake the egg white first , then add all the other ingredients. Shake hard over ice. Fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon and serve. Fairmont Hotels & Resorts 02/11/10
