Punta Leona is a private, gated beach club community located about 90 minutes southwest of San José. The area is already an established community home area. The condo will overlook the beach and amenities include walking paths, a resident naturalist guide, a zip tour line of the jungle canopy, pools, restaurants and a kids activity center. Owners at the condo will also be able to participate in a rental program for when their property is not in use. 28/05/08
