Nikheel Advani is internationally recognized as one of the industry’s most distinguished hoteliers. Nikheel is Chief Operating Officer and Principal of Grace Bay Resorts, the first luxury hotel built in Turks and Caicos, and has established his reputation for hands-on management with more than 16 years of experience.

Nikheel oversees the overall operation of the Grace Bay Club and also has operational responsibilities to include managing new Grace Bay Resorts in the Caribbean and other regions, including Latin America and additional properties in Turks and Caicos.

Nikheel was recently chosen as “One of the Finest Hoteliers Worldwide 2008” by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. He came to Grace Bay Club after serving as Hotel Manager at the renowned Raffles Singapore. There, he managed more than 103 ultra luxurious suites as well as the Food & Beverage and retail operations for the entire Asia-Pacific region, where he succeeded in negotiating Singapore's first 3-star Michelin Restaurant at the Raffles Grill.

Nikheel is also a board member of the Turks and Caicos Hotel and Tourism Association.

Prior to his time at Raffles, Advani spent seven years with Ritz Carlton Hotels internationally, moving within the organization from Director of Food & Beverage to Executive Assistant Manager. In 2000 and 2001, he managed the opening of both the Ritz Carlton in Washington D.C and the Ritz Carlton Battery Park in New York City, respectively. Nikheel also served in senior leadership roles on the opening team for the Ritz Carlton properties in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka, Philadelphia and Sarasota.
