After the breathtaking 2006 World Cup, you'll need some strong Absinthe to cheer on Thierry Henry and team. Distilled in The Combier Distillery in France, the Lucid Frappe is made with Lucid Absinthe, simple syrup and mint. Enjoy it with a splash of soda and hopefully the Bleus will bring the FIFA World Cup back to Paris. LUCID FRAPPE 1 oz. Lucid Absinthe 1/2 oz. of Simple Syrup, 6 to 8 Fresh Mint Leaves, 1 oz. of Soda Water, Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a frappe style glass. Add absinthe, simple syrup and fill with crushed ice. Pour mixture into shaker and shake vigorously. Pour contents into glass, top with splash of soda water and garnish with mint sprig. Lucid 01/06/10
