On December 31st, Gordon Ramsay at The London will offer an exclusive one-night-only wine dinner at the Chef's Table (which is located in the kitchen), featuring several rare wines and bubbly from 1990 (a particularly exceptional year for European vintages) and an exquisite nine-course tasting menu. The Chef's Table seats up to eight guests and is located in the heart of the kitchen. Guests are greeted with a selection of canapés and a glass of Bollinger RD 1990 champagne upon arrival. This is followed by an elegant tasting menu that encompasses the finest ingredients - from foie gras and truffles to the freshest seasonal produce - paired with a variety of rare wines such as a 1990 Domaine de la Romanée Conti - Richebourg, Château Latour 1990, and Sassicaia 1990.
