Fort Lauderdale agrees with Donald Trump. He already has created the Trump Fort Lauderdale, a larger Michael Graves-designed co-tel of 300 units which is almost sold out. Now he is creating a smaller more exclusive property, the Trump Las Olas. The new co-tel is on Las Olas Blvd. a strip of shops, galleries and restaurants. The Trump Las Olas will have 95 units in a tiered building with views of Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway or the Bahia Mar Marina. 10/06/08
