Thanksgiving at the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina offers a variety of options including a separate buffet for children that also features games and arts and crafts as well as a more formal affair in The Sanctuary's signature restaurant, The Ocean Room. Work off those calories before hand at the annual turkey trot or take part in a family sand sculpting experience on the beach.
