Pfaelzer Brothers offers a create-a-dinner meal offering either ham or turkey, four side dishes and one dessert for $150. The list of sides is impressive offering several styles of potatoes, a couple of veggie casseroles, creamed spinach and even a sweet potato souffle. The desserts including chocolate cake, cheesecake and carrot cake are a bit non-traditional. 15/11/08
