Price: $59.99 Peppery. Hot citrus at first, and followed by some floral botanicals at the finish. A much different taste experience than, say, Don Eduardo's Silver, though both are 100% Agave. It is handcrafted using the company's proprietary process called "Esencia de Agave," during which the steam is recaptured and, with it, the flavor essences of the plant. It then is chill-filtered. Drink chilled straight with some light garnish or maybe some muddled botanicals. 04/05/10
