Aby Rosen's $75 million listing at 22 East 71st Street will be the site of the 37th annual Decorator Show House to be held this April and May. Rosen reports that he has received two offers above $60 million for it. Rosen paid $15.65 million for the house in August 2004 but isn't interested in cutting the price. 26/02/09
