Russian oilman Andrei Vavilov and Plaza developer El-Ad have settled their lawsuit over Vavilov's $53.5 million penthouse. In late January he bought a smaller unit under the name Hayling Island Inc., paying a bit more than $11 million. A source has said he didn't get his $10.7 million deposit but instead swapped it for the smaller apartment which he has now listed for $12.5 million. 05/02/09
