Personalized stationery.

Personalized stationery. (5 of 6)

This may seem old-fashioned, but I love to give personalized stationery as a gift. This is only a good gift if you have a bride or groom who would really appreciate stationery, but if you've got someone who was raised on handwritten notes, nothing is more thrilling than a box of cards with your name on them. Again, I don't lump the new couple together, but I have individual cards made for the bride and the groom. This way, the cards can be used for any occassion (not just thank you notes or wedding-related correspondence). All of my stationery sets (and my wedding invitations) were made by a talented team of women at www.superdeluxenyc.com. They've closed their storefront, but they may still take custom orders (they hand engrave and letter-press; the work they do is remarkable). Larger shops like Crane (shown, $385.00 - $508.00) and Horchow have classic options as well. 21/05/09
