Wolfgang Puck American Grille at Borgata will be serving a Mother's Day brunch and specialty menu items include: "My Aunt Dee's Easter Prosciutto Pie with Marinated Cantaloupe," "House Smoked Salmon Pizza with Soft Scrambled Eggs, Dill Cream and Chives," and "Grilled Ribeye "Steak and Eggs" with Wild Mushroom Frittata and Tuscan Potatoes," to name a few. Of course, Wolfgang's spin on brunch staples are offered, including "House Made Granola Parfait with Yogurt and Fresh Berries, "Margherita Pizza with Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil and Tomato Sauce," and "House Made Brioche French Toast with Strawberry Marmalade and Vermont Maple Syrup." 13/04/09
