CLINK at The Liberty Hotel in Boston will be offering a special Mother's Day Brunch, featuring a variety of sophisticated, tasty dishes such as Beignets with Raspberry Jam, Toasted Brioche with Fresh Ricotta and Marmalade, and Roasted Leg of Lamb with Natural Jus and Lavender Salt. CLINK will also have their signature Make Your Own Bloody Mary Bar available where guests can make their own cocktail tailored to their individual wants and needs. In addition to the usual Bloody Mary components, unique ingredients like Dill Pickle Spears, Pico de Gaillo, Jalapeno and Garlic Stuffed Olives, Prosciutto and Cheese Stuffed Cherry Peppers and Pepperjack Cheese Cubes will be available as well.
