Called #450 on The Hurricane Club's cocktail menu, this recipe calls for:

9 ounces unfiltered Nigori Sake
3 ounces lemon grass
3 ounces mango juice
2 ounces lemon sour
Angelica-citrus bitters
Lemon Slices
Mango slices
Raspberries
Lemon grass stalk

Combine sake, lemon grass, mango juice, and lemon sour and add to glass flute "vase" large serving container. Combine 2 ounces lemon juice and a dash of angelica-citrus bitters and shake with mango slices, raspberries, and lemon slices. Pour into glass flute "vase" and serve with long straws.
