2 ounces Dark Rum
3 ounces sugar cane juice (or your go-to sweetening agent)
½ ounce lime juice
Banana Mint leaves
Muddle ¼ banana with 2 mint leaves and lime. Add dark rum, sugar cane juice and lime juice. Serve in a green tiki cup with a mint sprig. Caramelize a banana slice for a garnish with a festive umbrella to top it all off.
