Del Posto's XO Champagne Cocktail (7 of 19)
1 oz. Hennessy XO Cognac
Small dash simple
1 dash Angostura
4 oz. Doyard Cuvée Vendémiaire NV Champagne
1 brown sugar cube
Orange disc (small round twist of orange)
Brandied cherry
Add cognac, simple syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a Movia flute and add Champagne and sugar cube. Garnish with a brandied cherry and orange disc.
