Golden Mojito (7 of 8)
The Fairmont Royal Pavilion's famous Golden Mojito requires 50 ml of Mount Gay Rum; 10 fresh lime juice; 2 bar spoons of brown sugar; 12 fresh mint leaves; and ginger ale. Lightly muddle the mint in the base of the glass. Add rum, lime juice and sugar. Half fill glass with crushed ice and stir with a bar spoon. Fill the glass with more crushed ice and stir some more.
