, Swiss company DeLafee makes pricey pralines covered in edible gold. The chocolate is made from a blend of criollo cocoa beans from Ecuador and Venezuela and Forestero cocoa beans from Ghana. The DeLafée pralinés are made of a shell of 56% cocoa filled with a creamy chocolate ganache and then sprinkled with 24K edible gold leaf. 31/03/08
