In a unique twist on the usual celebrity tear down story, singer Julio Iglesias tore down his own home in Indian Creek Village, Florida because it failed to sell. Iglesias had the home on the market for years starting at $32 million and going all the way down to $25 million. At that point he decided the price was too low and it would be better to build a new home on the same land rather than sell and try to find a new home. He recently razed the home and plans to build a Spanish-style hacienda. 12/02/08
