Actor Danny DeVito opened a restaurant in Florida last year, DeVito's South Beach. DeVito has partnered with restaurateur David Manero and Michael Brauser and the restaurant is an Italian chophouse. The signature dish is the Global Steak Flight, combining cuts from three regions of the world: Japanese Kobe Beef, Australian Wagyu Rollatini and American Kobe Flat Iron. They have done a similar thing with mushrooms creating a Porcini Trio with Porcini Gnocci, Porcini Bolognese and Porcini Fritti. 25/03/08
