Red wine (6 of 7)
We knew it was crazy, but we put in a shiraz. The result? Sparkling shiraz, plain and simple. We tried it over ice and think it would be great as a mixer in various cocktails and sangria. And with a better red wine, it might be good all on its own! 12/06/09
