Hacienda is a luxury village-style resort set on 22 acres overlooking a beach. The new development is being created on the old site of the Hacienda hotel, which was a Cabo landmark for a long time.The gated community will offer both beachfront villas and resort residences with amenities that include terraces and pools, a beach club, spa, grill and bar and concierge and property management services. The two-story beachfront villas offer 3,600 feet of interior space, 875 feet of terraced space and master bedrooms on both floors. The resort residences have one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans. The resort is being created by the Koll Company, who are also behind Cabo Del Sol and Palmilla. Prices range from $750,000 to $6 million for the homes. 21/04/08
