Bad hair days were no trouble in 2009, as pretty hats became all the rage. Jessica Simpson (above right) designed hats for her fashion collection, and she and her sister Ashlee (above left) were spotted wearing both hers and others' everywhere. Pretty fedoras and cloches dominated, and will surely be worn well into 2010. 31/12/09
