The Times has named Sandbanks, Dorset as the most expensive
seaside property location in England. The average price for property there is an eye-watering £531,280. This is over
£200,000 more than second place Lymington, Hampshire, which levels out at £318,831.
I want to know what you think; would you buy a seaside house in England, whose weather is at times tempremental to say the least, for that kind of money? Or does the peacefulness and rurality of the Land of Hope and Glory tempt you? Please do comment.

Hmm, the average price doesn't strike me as expensive for such an elite-sounding place
