It takes one to know one. Josh Altman, arguably one of Los Angeles' sexiest and most successful bachelors, has listed a home at $6,250,000 that he describes as "the sexiest bachelor pad I've ever sold."

Altman, who was the latest cast addition to the Bravo series, "Million Dollar Listing," co-lists the Sunset Strip area home with his brother, Matthew Altman. The property, a sleek high-end toy box that screams "let's party" is a state-of-the-art Architectural home designed for entertaining. It has large open rooms, high ceilings for art collections, and explosive city-to-ocean views in a gated enclave. The living and dining rooms have full-wall sliding glass doors that open to the infinity pool and spa. The 1,200-square-foot master suite has a fireplace, sitting area and walls of glass. There's a bells-and-whistles kitchen with every amenity a chef could dream about, set in Macassar ebony cabinetry.

For entertainment, there is a THX theater, bar and spa-like baths throughout. The home has a limo length garage and underground power lines.

Altman's status as a bachelor may be on the ropes. During this "Million Dollar Listing," season he began dating co-star Madison Hildebrand's assistant, Heather Bilyeu. "Heather is awesome," he told AOL. But will we be dancing at his wedding anytime soon? No comment.

The Altman brothers work out of the Hilton & Hyland Real Estate office in Beverly Hills.

Josh Altman is a Joke in L.A!! The Guy's Face looks like a chipmunk and he makes LESS Money than any of the Good Brokers in L.A.. And FYI, the House that he supposedly SOLD on Million Dollar Listing for $12,750,000 in MALIBU, the one he Co-listed with Joe Convery did NOT even Sell!! Not to mention the "Private Jet" they RENTED from Appolo Jets to make it seem like that Tool Evan from New York flew in on it to look at Houses. He is an Utter Joke and Laughed at in ALL Circles, especially in the Real Estate game!!
