Why did you bother to read the article. The word rifle was clearly in the title. Or are you one of those terminally insecure twits who has nothing better to do than look for reasons to whine and cry?
I know lots of people who own guns and have never fired them at anything more than a piece of paper...
Guns are made to shoot. The person holding the gun decides what to shoot at.
Hammers are made to strike, knives are made to cut, baseball bats are made to hit, cars are made to drive... the person controlling them decides the end result.
You can act intelligently, benevolently or criminally... or stupidly like you with your keyboard...
