I like the wall color and the style, but it also reminds me of most of my old apartments (minus the fancy applicances and posh location).

Reminds me of MY old apartment, too! Minus the natural light, (never mind view! light!), hardwood floors, artwork, fireplace, single turquoise armchair....doesn't this place have a kitchen?? - well, if you can afford it, you can afford to Not Cook...I like the windowboxes full of daisies on the balcony, I picture someone with a martini looking out at the skyline past the flowers, thinking "ah, MY New York"...why is the bench on the balcony looking inside, instead of out at that expensive view??...I DO like the lack of clutter, the clean minimal look, the art. That bathroom sink - love there aren't a hundred half used bottles of shampoo. Love the shelves and shelves and shelves full of books. No Walmart Special Gigundo TV squatting in a corner - no TV at all. A smart, quiet, educated person lives here, probably a single man. Maybe a middle aged married couple.
