David Krumholtz Puts His Los Angeles Home On The Market
Actor David Krumholtz, best known as math genius Charlie Eppes on the TV series "Numb3rs," has put his Hollywood Hills, California home on the market. The LA Times reports that Krumholtz owns a gated property called El Castillo.He bought the Spanish style home in early 2010 for $2.025 million. It has more than 4,000 square feet of living space, an elevator, hand-carved living room ceilings, an eat-in kitchen, four bedrooms (two of which are master suites) and four bathrooms. It has some charming Moorish details incude a carved wood ceiling in the double-height living room and peaked arch windows. He has listed the home at $2.175 million with Allyson Carter of Rodeo Realty.

I'll pass. I'm having trouble getting past the coffee table the size of a driveway making the room it's in look far too small. Don't like the exterior either. The decor is supposed to be Spanish? It's just a mess. Lot's of weird looking wall paper etc.
Left me with high anxiety wondering what I'd do with it-
