All the commenters so far seem to not understand what a sports car is. They all seem to think that the limitations of a sports car are any different from an EV to an ICE. They try to take known limitations of sports cars and generalize it to all EV's ("A Ferrari can't tow my 20 ft boat, I guess that means ICE's are not practical).

"If it ain't practical it won't sell" - last I heard they had delivered over 1,500 cars to 31 countries

"These things are just expensive toys and won't be sucsessful ever because they will never be cheaper to operate than ICE powered vehicles" - This one is just hilarious. When you can find an ICE that operates at $.02 -$.03/mile let me know.

"What happens went you have a brown out or even a black?" - Last I checked, gas pumps need electricity to run too.

"Most important is will it tow my boat for 300 miles in six hour so I can get to the ocean." - Let me know when you find a two seat ICE sports car that can tow a boat.
