Rent Elvis Presley's Beverly Hills Home
You can't move into Graceland, but if you'd like to bunk where the King once did you can rent a Beverly Hills home once owned by Elvis and Priscilla Presley. The LA Times reports that the gated compound in the Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills is listed for lease at $25,000 a month. The French Regency-style estate was built in 1958 and has city-to-ocean views. The 5,367-square-foot home is on a 1.18-acre promontory. The home was recently remodeled with fresh paint and new flooring and has a new kitchen and laundry room as well as a resurfaced pool and spa. The large living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and walls of glass. Other spaces include a dining room, family room, office and media room. The master suite has a large master bath. The property also has an attached guesthouse and a four-car carport. You'll have to put up with a little graffiti, handwritten tributes to Elvis are scrawled across the property's front gate. The listing is with Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills.

I absolutely love the inside of this home! All the glass and views-well, that's what is so attractive here. Gorgeous, bright white and modern with huge open spaces to walk around in and look off into the distance. VERY VERY nice indeed.
The outside needs a reno. It's extremely odd. The entryway reminds me of a 1950's church.

So cool! Just looking at the pictures of his house is awesome. Good memories. Wish I could afford it for one month. Oh well! A fan of 'Elvis'.

I didn't see any pictures of Elvis standing, sitting or laying at that place. I'll rent you my room downstairs for only $10,000. Lincoln, Elvis and Mickey and Minnie Mouse slept there, or did they..
