Nice interior, grounds. But the exterior is WHY I don't care for brick (especially "painted" brick).

Althougha liitle dated, I really like this house. It feels like a true home, a home that I could see myself living in.

Love the guest house! Really nice property as well. Inside is okay-and home sweet home. I cannot imagine 4.2 million dollars for it.
Will be interesting to see what it brings at auction....
